Crime and Punishment

At present day, some of people are dead for murder and terrorism, it is a very terrible things.Capital crimes included murder, highway robbery, theft and the other very serious things about shilling, rioting, forgery and arson. Nowdays jails used to punished crimed people and lock up them into the jails, some serious people would executions. Their crime will be left to judge.(Criminal Justice Board, 2009). In the society, some of juvenile will be crime. Some child have felonies and it is a most serious crime, in those days their crimed included robbery, forgery and some property offences as well as murder, rape and arson. The courts will discussed with each people to decide how to punish these juvenile, but if they have very serious crime they will let them death penalty,such as if children and young people who had killed someone, then they will trend to crime. (Criminal Justice Board, None). These days ,many people like after drunk to drive the car, it is a very serious things. Because when they drunk then they are mind will be excited. After that they drive the car it was very danger, and it was very easy to have a traffic accident. Some serious will lead to crime and if they drive the car attack the other people, then they will be crimed and they will accept a death penalty. And if some people have misdemeanor, the courts will let them stay in the prison about less than three month, let them know these things will endanger the public safety and let them know did not do it again.
